Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it for a full refund it up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Customer pays for return shipping. Mail the item back to us @ Madison Mathews 178 King Street Charleston SC 29401 within 14 days of purchase date. Please include your order number.

Items returned past 14 days are only eligible for store credit.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange merchandise. If you would like another size, place a new order for the correct size and return the item that did not fit. We will issue a refund for that item as soon as we receive it.
